Diabetes can cause many health complication from head to foots for example:
- blurred vision and finally blindness
- heart problem
- renal failure
- ischemia of lower leg
- and many more
but how we can prevent from diabetes mellitus?
the best thing we can do is reduce uptake of sugar and carbohydrate and also fat. Besides that, we also need to mantain our body weight not to become obese by exercise.stop smoking and reduce uptake of alcohol
prevention is better than treatment
